Iris joined Strategic in 2002 as an Executive Assistant within the retirement plan division.  Prior to joining Strategic, Iris worked for a regional bank where she focused on insurance planning and consumer banking.  As her role was to provide support to the firm’s management team and corporate clients, she also utilized her background and experience to contribute significantly to the firm’s insurance operations.  With her long term career aspirations focused on a larger role within the company, Iris completed her advanced degrees while continuing to support to her colleagues and clients.  As her position evolved, she developed into a relationship manager and was promoted to Director in 2009.  She now manages all of the firm’s insurance operations while also servicing clients on their investment and financial planning needs. 

Born and raised in Central New York, Iris resides in Rome with her husband Ted, and their three children.
