Mark Moshier joined Strategic in 2004. Mark is a Managing Director and serves on the firm's investment committee.

Experience
Tax advisor in the "Big Six" national accounting firms. Mark was also employed with KeyCorp in their investment banking and business advisory division. At KeyCorp, he advised business owners and high-net-worth individuals on tax and investment related matters. He has written articles in several business publications and has been a frequent speaker on topics such as mergers and acquisitions, employee stock ownership plans and business succession planning.
