Leads the firm's investment strategy and research management, and chairs the firm's investment committee
Nine years experience in corporate planning, budgeting and internal reporting in the energy service and telecommunications industries

Mr. McCartney serves as a Board Member for both the New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) and the Trenton Planning Board.
