Scott C. McCartney is Strategic's President and Chief Investment Officer. Joining the firm in 2002, Scott leads Strategic's investment strategy and research management and chairs the investment committee.

Experience
Management and financial positions in the telecommunications and energy services industries. Scott has been employed with Global Crossing Telecommunications, Inc., LG&E Energy, Inc., Cinergy, Inc. and Aris Corporation of America. He specialized in business unit investment planning, corporate forecasting and as a financial and operations analyst.

Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance, Pennsylvania State University
Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, Harvard College
